We’re Honeycomb Creative Support, a marcom agency with 17+ years of experience in branding, digital marketing, design, and content. Our client roster includes clients like Tanishq, Decathlon, Taneira, Titan Watches, Edward Lifesciences, Infosys, Ogilvy, Bosch, Abbott, ITC, and more. But that’s not all—we also run four sister brands:

  • Photostop – An artist’s archive for fine art print needs.
  • Anamala Homestay – A dreamy getaway resort in Kerala.
  • Honeycomb School for Creative Studies – A space for budding creative talent.
  • Mudkart – An earthen D2C brand.

Now, we’re looking for a Sr. Business Development Executive to help us grow bigger, faster, and smarter. 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Finding the right clients – Identifying, qualifying, and keeping a steady stream of prospects in the pipeline.
  • Building relationships that matter – Reaching out, following up, and maintaining strong client connections.
  • Pitching like a pro – Presenting Honeycomb’s services in a way that makes potential clients say, “Tell me more!”
  • Negotiating & closing deals – Because leads don’t mean much unless they convert.
  • Attending events & networking – You’ll be our face at key industry meetups and building connections that count.
  • Collaborating with internal teams – Ensuring our marketing, creative, and sales strategies align for max impact.
  • Tracking progress – Monitoring business development efforts, refining strategies, and celebrating wins (big and small!)

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 4-5 years in business development & lead generation within an agency setting.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Track record of success – You’ve met or exceeded sales targets before, and you’re ready to do it again.
  • Killer communication skills – You know how to sell, negotiate, and build strong relationships.
  • Tech-savvy & data-driven – CRM tools, lead-gen platforms, and market insights? You’ve got this.
  • A natural networker – Whether at an event or over a coffee chat, you know how to connect with people.
  • Bangalore-based – This role involves travel within the city for client meetings, events, and networking.
